3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number once your order is shipped.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Important for international customers:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are NOT included in our product price or shipping cost.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for estimated charges before ordering.

  • PranaviLuxe / MaaleSys is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by customs clearance

    • Seizure or destruction of products by customs

    • Additional fees charged by customs or courier companies

If you refuse to pay customs duties:

  • Your order may be abandoned or returned to India.

  • You will not receive a refund for shipping costs or customs fees paid.

  • Product refund (if applicable) will be issued only after we receive the returned items, minus original shipping cost.


5. Tracking International Orders

  • All international orders include full tracking.

  • Tracking number will be sent to your email within 2-3 business days of shipment.

  • Track your order here: http://www.indiapost.gov.in/tracking

Tracking updates may take 3-5 days to appear after shipment.


6. Lost or Stolen International Packages



Scenario Our Policy
Package lost in transit (no delivery scan) We will file a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund issued after claim is approved (up to 30 days).
Package marked "delivered" but not received Please check with neighbors and local post office. We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Wrong address provided by customer Customer is responsible. No refund or replacement.

7. Returns for International Orders

International returns are accepted under these conditions:

8. Restricted Items for International Shipping

The following items cannot be shipped internationally due to customs restrictions:

  • Products containing liquids (perfumes, etc.) — we do not sell these currently

  • Items with batteries

  • Products with precious gemstones (as per some country restrictions)

Most of our fashion jewelry ships without issue. If you have questions about a specific product, email us before ordering.

10. Currency Conversion

All prices on our website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) by default.

International customers will see estimated conversion to their local currency at checkout. Final charge may vary slightly based on your bank or payment provider's exchange rate.

We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
