Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping process.
Processing: This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for dispatch.
Standard Time: All orders are processed and handed over to our shipping partner within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Pre-Orders/Special Items: If an item is temporarily out of stock but available for order, the processing time will be clearly stated on the product page. We will also notify you via email with an updated timeline.
Domestic Shipping: We ship across India using trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Ecom Express, Shiprocket, India Post, etc.
Delivery Estimates:
Metro & Major Cities: 3 to 7 business days.
Tier 2/3 Cities & Towns: 5 to 10 business days.
Remote Areas (North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, etc.): 7 to 15 business days.
Important Note: All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to logistics, weather, or regional circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your PIN code and the weight/dimensions of your order.
We occasionally offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain value. Please check our website banner or promotions page for ongoing offers.
You will see the exact shipping charge before you complete your purchase.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking information usually becomes active on the courier's website within 24 hours of dispatch.
You can also view your order status and tracking details by logging into your account on our store.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Include landmarks, if necessary.
If you need to correct your address after placing the order but before it is shipped, please contact us immediately at kartspace@outlook.com with your order number.
We cannot modify the address once the order has been dispatched. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
A delivery may fail due to:
Incorrect/Incomplete address.
Recipient not available at the address after multiple attempts.
Recipient refusing to accept the package.
In such cases:
The courier partner will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times.
The package will be returned to our fulfillment centre.
We will contact you to arrange a re-shipment.
Re-shipping charges will apply. If you do not wish to pay for re-shipment, a refund will be issued for the product cost only (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
Lost in Transit: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will initiate a tracer with the courier company. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either reship the item at no cost or issue a full refund.
Damaged on Delivery: If you receive a visibly damaged package, please refuse acceptance and notify the delivery agent immediately. Take a photo if possible. Then, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and the photo. We will arrange a replacement.
"Delivered" but Not Received: If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the parcel, please:
Check with neighbours, security, or family members.
Contact your local post office or courier branch.
If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 48 hours of the "Delivered" status. We will work with the courier to investigate.

For returns initiated due to our error (wrong/w defective item), we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping cost.
For returns due to change of mind or other customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
The original shipping charge paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our mistake.
