Thank you for shopping at pranaviluxe.com. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds are processed for our customers in India.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or wear and tear.
Items that are personalized, customized, or made-to-order.
Intimate or sanitary goods, unless defective.
Products that are not in their original condition.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at pranaviluxe@outlook.com or message us via the contact form on our website within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.
Ship the Product: Send the product to the address provided. Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item sent by us.
Inspection & Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement (subject to availability).
Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after receiving the product.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos/videos of the product and packaging as evidence. We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you. If approved we will provide replacement for the damaged/exchange product within 7 Days (we will delivery the product within 10 days)

9. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time, please:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
